Here I am documenting my weight loss plan.
Current Situation:
weight: 79.6kg
Height: 169cm
Ideal Situation:
weight: 59kg
Height:169cm
I started working out in gym from monday, with my weight as 79.6kg, I did the following routine on treadmill:
speed time
10km/s 10 min
15km/s 1 min
weight train:
I just grabbed the 2kg weight in my hands and did some motion that's all.

weight: 78.7(less .9 kg)

weight: 78.6(less 1 kg)
